Are you an experienced and dedicated Care Manager looking for a new challenge in the North London area? We are currently recruiting for a Registered Care Manager to lead a team in providing exceptional care to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-CQC Expertise: , you should be well-versed in CQC regulations and maintain a minimum 'Good' CQC rating.
-Hands-On Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of three years working directly with individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex needs in Residential and Supportive Living settings.
-Management Skills: Exhibit a minimum of three years in a management supervisory role, successfully leading and managing a small-sized staffing team.
-Multi-Site Management: Manage a small Residential and Supportive Living unit, both conveniently located within a 15-minute drive from each other. Parking is available at both sites.
-Qualifications: Possess a relevant Health or Social Care Managerial Qualification.
